For long-distance walkers, the Way of Remembrance is an absolute must. This 96 km cross-border circular trail connects the most important sites of the Second World War and features 30 signs telling the story of the events. It passes through Waimes, Bütgenbach, Büllingen, Hellenthal and Monschau.
