Built in 1984, this magnificent building made of local stone (arkose) houses the headquarters of the Management Commission of the Hautes Fagnes Eifel Nature Park; created in 1971, it covers 72,000 ha, spread over 12 parts of municipalities, and extends into Germany.
It houses the "Fania" exhibition and a green shop; outside, a small playground and an educational trail complete the offer. Eco educational activities and tours on a bench wagon are also offered; electric bicycles and cross-country skis are available to hire.
